I need a patent attorney the new FEMA Alerts are just like my patent. They want to pass it into law. A attorney told me today he never heard of them moving so quik on someone. I barely got this patent and didn't have time to market it.

How can they steal my private property without asking. Another attorney told me the patent was worth billions.

They are giving the contracts to everyone but me. Everyone of the new alerts the goverment put out uses some provision of my alert. The Amber Alert now FEMA whats next.

You see the part about wireless FEMA anounced a new alert about a month ago. I contacted Pat Roberts his office told me to sue. I said is this the American Dream steal some poor university students patent and not pay for it. Where I from if you take and don't pay thats theft. They have inched closer and closer. I called the NAB the said call homeland security. Homeland security never called back.

John Walsh and all these senators get on TV like they did something. They are to vote on this soon the republicans want me to sue. I contacted the Blue Dogs they probally will do something even though they havent called back yet. They know there is a patent they never sent a letter asking to liscense. They are so arrogant they say sue like its just a law suit. The problem is I don't want to sue I want to be part of the process. They couldn't even dirrect me to a place to bid on a contract. It apears they want to hand it to their buddies.

I told the blue dogs they are not liscenseing stuff and just stealing patents. they should have a office in the goverment to review technology. Its like anti balistic tank missles. They had a project but there was technology in israel that was over 90% effective. Instead of liscense it and use it as a model they chose to launch a pilot program that takes about 10 years they said on the news. No wonder 2500 hundred soldiers are dead.

I am telling you the republicans and homeland security is stealing patents from small patent holders. The NAB should of jumped at the chance to liscense it or own it. They acted like they would just take it. You mean to tell me they don't do patent searches before awarding contracts? If a patent exist why not liscense it they flat out told me to sue I wish I knew how to post the email. They did not plan on telling people to halt the vote either.

This is pure evil I can't afford an attoney barely my bills or gas and they act like they will take it and I should sue. Is anybody on this site for helping me I FEEL LIKE MY CIVIL RIGHTS HAVE BEEN VIOLATED.
