WASHINGTON (AP) -- The military's top generals have warned Iraq is on the cusp of a civil war and that U.S. troops must remain in large numbers until at least next spring. But if the winds suddenly blow a different direction, Congress is ready to celebrate with a $20 million victory party.

Don't you know, the gentle Congresswoman from Kentucky ® is just making sure that the money is 'earmarked'. dry.gif The last quip I heard on this is they should take that ear-marked money and divide it up between the children who have lost the main income earner in the war - and put about 6-7K dollars in an account for each of them to go towards colledge.
