Congressional Approval Rebounds
After 100 days with new leadership, the United States Congress gets its highest approval ratings in over a year. A new AP/Ipsos Poll found overall approval ratings of 40%.

The survey also shows President Bush's approval ratings remain in the mid-30 percent range and that an astonishing 39% "strongly disapproves" of his handling of foreign policy and the war on terror.
