An Army major with combat experience in Iraq and a founding member of Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America (IAVA), Ray Kimball, has written a review of Winslow Wheeler's and Lawrence Korb's Military Reform: A Reference Handbook. Our having already displayed a highly favorable review by Col. Chet Richards, we should also certainly show Kimball's "mixed" review. While we would quibble with some of Maj. Kimball's criticisms, his review is also balanced and very much worth reading.
